Refund & Exchange Policy

At BR Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.


2. Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Product must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Customized or special-order items

4. Exchange Approval

Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval by BR Enterprises.


5. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the wrong product was delivered.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
